Toledo Ohio Fire Department lost 2 Fire Fighters today. While operating at a apartment complex fire in the downtown area, the 2 fire fighters became disoriented. Life saying measures were performed but where unsuccessful. The firefighters were listed as Stephen Machcinski, 42, and James Dickman, 31. Machcinski was a 16-year veteran of the force, while Dickman had been on the job for only six months. LVBN 3
